The polarizing layer is bonded inside the lens, not sprayed on the outside. It doesn't rub off, wash off, or wear off with the coating.

Are these actually polarized, or just dark?

Will the mirror coating peel off in a month?
The mirror sits under a hard coat, and the polarizing film is bonded inside the lens rather than sprayed on top — so the filter can't wear off even if the surface takes abuse. Here's the honest part: what kills lens coatings is heat, sunscreen, and grit. Don't leave them baking on a dashboard, don't wipe them with a dry shirt, don't use anything alcohol-based. Do that and they outlast three cheap pairs.
Will they fit my face?
The flat-top square runs medium to wide with full orbital coverage — it sits high on the brow and closes the gap at the temple, so it suits average through broad faces. Genuinely narrow face and you normally wear small frames? Size down elsewhere. Unisex.
Are they tough enough to actually wear?

Why isn't there a designer name on the temple?
Because the name is the most expensive part of most sunglasses and it doesn't filter light. We put the budget in the film, the coating, and the hinge. The only marking on the frame is a colour-matched inlay at the hinge — two thin lines. That's it.
